- 03. Are general nuisance conditions, other than those noted in other violations, being prevented at this community organization function (Non-Critical)?
- The following corrections are required prior to the next event:- a temporary handwashing station with running water, liquid soap in a dispenser, and paper towel in a dispenser is required. A standing bucket is not acceptable.- a probe thermometer is required to monitor food temperatures. A digital thermometer is recommended.- regular unscented household bleach must be available to sanitize utensils. Mix 1/2 tsp of bleach to 1L of water. After washing and rinsing, submerse utensils in the bleach solution for 2 minutes and allow to air dry.- at least one person must have food safety training and a certificate provided.
