      • Strainer noted in disrepair. Loose metal pieces noted. Ensure all equipment is in good repair. This was corrected onsite by the operator.

Ensure all equipment is in good repair.

      • A buildup of water is observed beneath the handwashing sink in the coffee prep area. Ensure that the buildup of water at the indicated area is investigated and/or repaired.
    • 22. Are utensils and equipment maintained in a condition and a manner that ensures the safe handling of food?
      • A buildup of grime is observed inside a metal utensil container on the middle food prep counter in the back food prep area. Ensure that utensils are stored within clean containers to prevent cross-contamination. The operator washed the indicated container and the utensils within during the inspection.
