      • Antiseptic mouthwash used for oral piercings was expired in 2023. Ensure all antiseptic products used in the facility have a DIN/NPN number and within the expiration date. Remove/ Replace the antiseptic mouthwash.

      • There were multiple unlabeled liquid bottles in the facility. Ensure all bottles (spray, squeeze etc.) are properly labeled with the product identifiers.
