- Written Procedure for Handwashing and Equipment Reprocessing Sink Decontamination was not implemented, observed staff washed their hands at the tool reprocessing sink and dried their hands with a reused towel. - disinfect the tool reprocessing sink before tool reprocessing and equip hand drying suppliers (paper towel) OR designate the sink for tool only.

- Dirty semi-critical tools, such as nail clippers and cuticle cutter, were found on every manicure stations. - Remove all the dirty tools. Only cleaned and disinfected tools are allowed to be used. Preempt CS20 onsite was expired. - Obtain unexpired disinfectant.Cleaned tools were not properly dried before submerging into CS20. Disinfected tools were not properly rinsed before storing. - Follow manufacturer's instructions, education provided onsite. Recommend posting the instruction in a language that staff understands.

Alcohol was used to disinfect lash extension tweezers.-Please use high-level disinfectant such as preempt CS20 to ensure proper cleaning and disinfection of such tool.
