Please purchase a waterproof probe thermometer with maximum temperature function to ensure it is reaching a minimum 71*C at the dish level for adequate sanitizing of dishes.

      • Weather stripping on the back door was worn out and in disrepair, leaving visible gaps in the back door.- Please replace/install weather stripping.
    • 23. Is the facility maintained in a clean and sanitary condition?
      • Accumulation of food debris was observed in multiple hard-to-reach areas of the facility, including but not limited to underneath shelving units and behind the ice-machine in the back kitchen.- Make sure to follow weekly deep-cleaning schedule and thoroughly clean all above areas of food debris.
