- * Barbicide was not used according to the manufacturer's instructions for use (MIFU). According to the operator, the solution was changed when it became visibly dirty.Corrective Actions:- Use Barbicide and all other disinfectants according to MIFU. Prepare fresh solutions daily, preclean equipment, immerse equipment for a minimum of 10 minutes, rinse, and dry.
