Huge selection of dried, loose herbs at good prices compared to what I pay where I live. Like half the price. Very big selection of harder to find vitamins and i trust that they've pre-shopped it for you so you don't have to worry about quality. Owner is very caring and knowledgeable. She's on the floor talking to customers, answering questions and sharing her insights. The other woman working there feels like a friend from the first visit. She's a low filter, connecting kind of person who is down to earth and nice. I'd like to get to know this place more and believe they can really help people with their health. It's the real deal, owner operated.

My dog groomer recommended milk thistle for my my senior dog to improve her digestion. The first place that came to mind was Anna's. First time visit, staff was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful in purchasing the milk thistle. The shop is very organized clean and well stocked. I will be back for sure!

I have visited Anna's vitamins twice this year. I was impressed with the one on one customer service I recieved. Excellent service and knowledgable about all their product. I'll certainly go again.

The owner Dana (?) was very helpful and kind. Really like that I was able to buy a small amount of what I need from bulk container. After I’m sure it works for my body situation, I can buy it in larger and more economically priced larger bag. It’s a win, win. I’ve gotten other items from here and I’m impressed with the quality. I’ll be shopping at this store more often. Thanks Anna’s Vitamins !!

Anytime I would visit my dad in Vernon we stopped at Anna's, we would always buy me the Back To Earth soap and made sure I was properly stocked up before heading back home - It sort of became tradition! and even though he's since passed and I live in Penticton, I will continue to order online from Anna's for my purchases as a reminder of my dad and to continue supporting this amazing local business who always had the friendliest staff any time we stopped by!

I come to Vernon every summer to visit family and one of my first stops is Anna’s Vitamins. Their herbal teas are both great tasting and effective. I highly recommend the Kidney tea for interstitial cystitis or in combination with other herbs for a UTI. I buy a big bag every time I visit and it’s wonderful. You also can’t beat the friendly, helpful customer service! Thank you.
