- A large single-compartment sink is present in the reprocessing area and is reportedly used for cleaning foot-care tools and for handwashing. Hand sanitizer was available at the sink but no soap or paper towel. Please ensure the hand wash station is adequately supplied with liquid hand soap and paper towel or multiple hand towels that can be laundered after each use.

- A single overhead light is present in the office and reprocessing area. The lighting level in the reprocessing area is insufficient for inspection of cleaned tools. Please install additional lighting in the reprocessing area.
