Great service and an inviting atmosphere to just relax and enjoy. Tried an americano and I would describe it as smooth, medium‑bodied with a clean, refreshing taste. Very little bitterness and only gentle acidity. Flavour is clear and balanced, finishes quickly on the palate without any aftertaste or residue. I like it!

It was good. Love the coffee and the atmosphere. Hopefully, the ladies in the shop can be happier. The customer service is the weak point from our experience. Otherwise everything was great.

Stopped off for a coffee and a cake and was very happy! Friendly staff and lovely coffee. Cakes were delicious too.

As a coffee shop owner in AB, I love supporting local spots whenever I travel. Stopped here during a camping trip and loved my decaf latte. The flourless brownie was also delish. It’s a 10/10 for me.

Stopped in at Anvil Coffee Collective twice during a work trip to Salmon Arm and it quickly became my go-to spot. First off, the coffee is the real deal. I ordered a Flat White and it was superb, beautifully balanced, silky texture, and that kind of clean, confident flavour you only get when the baristas actually care. As far as specialty coffee goes, it honestly doesn’t get much better. I came back again and also grabbed lunch. My sandwich (sun-dried tomatoes, cheese, and ham) was excellent, fresh, satisfying, and made with quality ingredients. The only reason this isn’t a full five stars is the pricing, which is a bit on the higher end. That said, you can taste where the money is going, and it still felt worth it. One of the biggest surprises, in the best way, was the interior design. It has this upcycled, creative vibe with unique furniture and decor pieces that feel curated rather than trendy. It’s warm, interesting, and has personality, not just “coffee shop minimalism.” The staff were solid too, friendly and professional, and the overall vibe makes it an easy place to hang out. Great spot to do some work, meet up with locals, or just settle in with a really good coffee. I’ll be back next time I’m in Salmon Arm.

Tucked away in the heart of Sicamous, Anvil Coffee Collective is an absolute delight! From the moment you walk in, the aroma of freshly roasted beans and the welcoming atmosphere make it clear this is a place run by people who truly love coffee. Their drink menu is thoughtfully curated—whether you're in the mood for a velvety latte, a rich mocha, or a bright and crisp pour-over, they've got you covered. I’ve been particularly impressed by their seasonal single-origin options; each cup bursts with depth and flavor. All in all, Anvil Coffee Collective is more than just a cafe—it’s a gathering spot with heart, great coffee, and friendly service.

In town for hockey and always looking for that great hidden gem, found it again in Salmon Arm. Great staff, so friendly and welcoming. Everyone has a smile which makes the visit that much more appreciated. Only got a basic Americano, but it hit the spot at the rink. Sorry simple rink photo, but it's just a such damn good coffee.

How have I never been to this Gem? I like having one good coffee place in every town I visit and this will definitely be the one I will go back to. I had a flat white Made with oat milk. If I don’t want to add sugar to it, then it’s a good …
