We stopped by for a quick pitstop after exploring the hot springs nearby. The menu was excellent and the veggie burger and fries was super tasty. It was quiet when we visited and we were able to get a seat out on the patio in the sun. Quick service, good food - what's not to like? P.s. the front desk gave our party of four a chocolate bar each on the way out. Perfect for finishing off our road trip!

Great variety of food on the menu. Prawn with coconut sauce is very tasty( very small portion), lamb shank dish was delicious. Juicy mushroom burger was also one of our favourites. Park Schatzel was not a successful dish to our taste, it was very blend and dry. We typically like our cocktails less sweet so their margaritas were not our favourite drinks. We enjoyed Kramberry Salad. Flat bread with Brie cheese was really tasty! The bread itself was thin and nicely cooked. It was a perfect pairing for lamb dish. Overall good experience.

Pub with large screen TV's. Not noisy at all. Excellent service, food was good. Had the borscht which was quite different from any I've ever had. Creamy with cheese? Nonetheless, it was tasty and very filling. Husband had the schnitzel which he reported being very good.

Absolutely beautiful place to eat. Food was great in concept but everything we ordered was slightly over cooked. We had the Firecracker Prawns which were supposedly pan seared, but did not have any searing on them, they seemed to have been poached in the lime cilantro broth (too thin for a sauce) instead. They were overcooked, rubbery and did not have any flavour infused in them. The concept of the dish was perfect, the broth was delicious, but should have been reduced in order for it to be considered a sauce, and the prawns should have been actually seared with lime zest, garlic and pepper before meeting with the reduced sauce. The execution just fell flat especially considering we paid almost as much for these 8 prawns as we paid for the entree. We both had burgers, and again there was an issue with the execution. The toppings and sauces were absolutely delicious but both of our patties were hugely overcooked, to the point where they were dry and flavourless, like eating a kitchen sponge. Generally speaking burgers are hard to mess up, but some how the cook here totally failed. It is very disappointing to see a beautiful burger being ruined. The only thing that was actually done well were the fries and the gravy, they were both delicious.

Ordered the chicken Cesar salad, tahin lime shrimp, crab dip, Buddha bowl, lettuce wraps and the mushroom ravioli. Omg. Eat here. Just all around amazing, home cooked food. 10/10 would eat here again. And you should absolutely try the mushroom ravioli. My goodness. Amazing.

They have delicious food and an exciting selection of beer on tap. We had the firecracker prawns, garden salad with blue cheese dressing and elk sausage linguini.. boy was it good! They are also the only place in town with a generator so it was nice having a place to hangout when the rest of town has no power in the middle of a storm.

Went for burgers & beers. Pretty decent GF buns available, burger was great! Whistler GF beer on the menu. Our waitress was very mindful of my order, I took a chance with yam fries (shared deep fryer) but she ensured no coating & double (and triple!!) checked to make sure nothing had changed. Was a great meal overall & I didn’t experience any symptoms of cross contamination & I really appreciated the service.

The tavern far exceeded our expectations with delicious food, cold drinks and great service. The dining room is so cozy; it feels like we were eating at a friend’s house. We had lamb shank, Kootenay bowl and 2 helpings of agedashi tofu. It’s a gem.

Wow, the 3 of us dining here had a great experience with excellent food! Not sure why others had a miserable meal. Anyways the food was awesome and good service overall. I'd return.

Decided to have appies for dinner. The appies were pretty good and decently priced. The service was decent. Friday night so the place was busy and had a kind of party vibe. One of our favorite place to eat in Nakusp
