From the very first planning call to the execution, Jimmy was professional, warm and amazing!!! The food was outstanding. The smoked brisket and Cajun chicken at the Saturday BBQ were a highlight of the weekend. Desserts were incredible. Jimmy was gracious enough to cater our wedding this past weekend, and he absolutely knocked it out of the park. Leading up to our event, he completely understood our vision and curated an incredible Southern-style meal exactly as we requested. The food was absolutely phenomenal, flavorful, comforting, and beautifully prepared. Our friends and family are still raving about it days later!
