The reprocessing area(s) must be equipped with i) a sink with running hot and cold potable water; ii) sufficient work surface area on either side of the sink to facilitate a one-way workflow to separate contaminated equipment from clean equipment and to facilitate air drying of reprocessed equipment; and iii) the reprocessing sink must be connected to a permanent potable water system. 2) If you wish to dedicate a washroom for reprocessing, the toilet must be removed from the washroom. 3) Use single-use disposable semi-critical items.
