- 2 single use razor blades used in straight razor were left in the handle after use and stored in a drawer. Operator indicated he was too busy to discard the blades after use. The sharps container is not conveniently placed for disposal. Recommend having a sharps container to this station. Operator discarded blades during the inspection.

- A powder used for mustache grooming was stored in a small ziploc bag without any label or ingredients. Ensure cosmetic products are kept with the original labelling. A photo of the label must be submitted to the inspector for review before using this product again.
