      • Observation: Bottom panel of the back door had an opening/gap in the middle.(Public health significance) - Any openings/gaps on the back door can act as a potential port of entry for pests. Pests may carry disease causing organims and can contaminate the food causing food-borne illness.
      • Corrective Action: Operator to ensure that the opening/gap in the middle of the bottom panel of the back door is sealed or covered.
