    • 306 - Food premises not maintained in a sanitary condition [s. 17(1)]
      • Observation: A large amount of food debris was observed on the kitchen equipment, underneath the kitchen equipment on the floor, inside the cooler units, and the bar area.
      • Corrective Action: Ensure that your facility undergoes a deep cleaning. Ensure that your facility follows your cleaning and sanitation plan.
    • 401 - Critical Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)]
      • Observation: Inadequate facilities provided for hand washing. Hand washing area did not have liquid soap nor paper towel readily accessible.
      • Corrective Action: Ensure the hand wash station is accessible at all times. Ensure hand washing facilities are stocked with paper towels, liquid soap and hot/cold water.
