- Observation: Internal temperature of smoked processed meat in the deli meat cooler was measured at 6.8°C. (Public Health Significance) - Storing potentially hazardous food items in the temperature danger zone (4°C - 60°C) for more than 2 hours can cause growth of illness causing pathogens and toxin formation, such food items if consumed can cause foodborne illness.
- Corrective Action: All potentially hazardous food items such as smoked processed meat to be stored at a temperature of 4°C or colder.

- Observation: Handwashing station in the deli section is not equipped with hot water.
