Observed inadequate food protection: at the front pizza prep station observed the prep table immediately adjacent to the customer service area with no barrier. Instructed facility to install and maintain an adequate, permanent barrier that is smooth and easily cleanable and to maintain. Serious citation issued 7-38-005(a).

Instructed facility to correct so garbage is contained inside container with lids closed and ensure that grease receptacle is clean and maintain all. Serious citation issued 7-38-020.
