      • OBSERVED CLUTTER AND UNUSED EQUIPMENT STORED IN THE DISHWASHING AREA. MANAGEMENT INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE ANY UNUSED EQUIPMENT AND STORE THE REST OF THE EQUIPMENT CLEAN TO PREVENT PEST HARBORAGE ISSUES. REMOVE THE UNUSED DISH MACHINE FROM THE DISH WASHING AREA.
