- Observed minimal fly activity in the dishwashing sink area. Supervisor advised flies enter the facility through the back door which was being open frequently for ventilation system maintenance on the roof.Please ensure the facility is kept from pest activities.

Please frequently clean and sanitize underneath the dishwashing sink and surrounding areas (such as chemical containers, bulk onion storage area) to prevent harborage of flies.

- Noted one toilet in the women's washroom being out of service. Supervisor advised the flush handle was broken and new handle was ordered.
