- Dishwasher gauges must work properly. Repair or replace them. Clean Flour container. Clean staff washroom toilet.

- Post handwashing procedure signs at all handwashes. Provide liquid soap in dispenser at front counter handwash. Adjust automatic soap dispenser in kitchen to provide more soap so adequate supply.
