   • 29(2)(a) - INADEQUATE MAINTENANCE, CLEANING & SANITATION PROGRAM.
     • Correct function of urinal in men's washroom. Perform cleaning before next event.

   • 29(2)(a) - FAILING TO ENSURE MAINTENANCE CLEANING & SANITATION PROGRAM INCLUDES PROCEDURES TO ENSURE FOOD ESTABLISHMENT AND EQUIPMENT MAINTAINED, CLEANED AND SANITIZED.
     • Replace expired chlorine test strips for dishwasher sanitizer and keep records of temperature and sanitizer concentration before each event. Address ant issue that has begun before next event. Provide additional refrigeration capacity and back up refrigeration.
