Botox and Dysport is being reconstituted with Bacteriostatic Saline Solution.Manufacturer's instructions for use require that both are reconstituted with preservative free saline solution.2. Dysport and Botox manufacturer's instructions require that once reconstituted that the solution is only good for 24 hours. A solution was present from November 15, this was discarded by operator. 3. Xylocaine that was opened has manufacturer's instructions to discard after 3 days open. Date was not tracked when opened. Operator discarded.
