First time visiting and we had a wonderful experience. The blueberry and honey wines were delicious and the owner was very kind. Prices are very reasonable as well. I normally don’t enjoy blueberry or sweeter wines, but these were very well done. The patio looked beautiful, though it was over 30°C with no shade—adding a few umbrellas would make it even better. There’s no food available, but the owner encouraged us to bring a picnic next time, which was a nice touch.

Lovely place north of wine country. The farm is beautiful and the staff is very friendly. The honey wine is delicious and would make an incredible pairing with blueberries on top of vanilla icecream. The blueberry wine is dry and delicate.

This place was great! We stopped in on Saturday for part of a reunion wine tour. The place is beautiful and the wine was good! Blueberry wine- yum!

Michelle was AMAZING. We decided to come to Bacatta after driving by and it made the day. At 4:45 PM (closing at 5) Michelle welcomed us with open arms and did a free wine tasting. We purchased four bottles of their 2015 Foch and she let us to stay on their beautiful patio after hours. Cannot recommend enough, come here for a uniquely quaint experience at an incredibly beautiful under the radar location.

Absolutely gorgeous property, fabulous wines and unique meads to taste. The family running the winery is just the loveliest and so sweet to visit with while you enjoy your tasting. Reasonable prices and the tasting fee is waived if you buy a bottle. Loved everything, but especially enjoyed the Royal Buzz!

Today was our first day of wine tasting / touring; our second stop on our tour. There is a $5 fee for tasting and you are given 7 wines to try. If you buy then they waive the tasting fee(s). We really enjoyed the blueberry wines (x2), but found the we enjoyed both the experience and wines at the previous winery better. Beautiful setting; but has a very dusty dirt road going up to the winery. Located in the shadow of the cliffs. They also have fresh honey (their own) for sale - great tasting, VERY NICE.

Came here on Canada day and people were busy getting ready for an event later. From the people outside to the young lady that opened and gave us the tasting, the were very friendly and genuinely happy people with smiles all around. The wine was good and it looked like they were putting in a lot of effort to made this winery even better. If we're able to come back in a couple of years we're sure it will look even more stunning.

Very unique spot. Eclectic selection of wines. The farm is beautiful and the staff is very warm and welcoming. As a red wine fan, I found the flavours very interesting and walked away with a Pinot Noir after the tasting. Most reviewers seem to love the blueberry and other fruit wines; I was a fan of it all!

  • Floyd Sellsted

Not a big wine connoisseur but their blueberry was fantastic! The honey ones were very good as well! The area was beautiful as well. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Great visit.

  • Rod Bergman

A little out of the way, but well worth the effort to get there. They have a variety of different varieties on the tasting menu. And that just makes selecting just one or two bottles even more difficult. Highly recommend their Blush. We …

We found the wines very odd (not as good). The lady who served us was very nice. We bought a bottle because we felt bad after tasting literally everything trying to find someone to like and not paying anything.

This is not the easiest vineyard to find, and I for one like it that way. We stopped here on a day trip to several wineries around Salmon Arm. My wife and I were both big fans. The tasting room is small, and I don't believe there is a tour …

  • Chamari Jayasingha

Visited the winery for the second time. Love the Royal buzz and Cherry buzz. And their honey is great too. A bit out of the way, but worth the drive.
