- Mice droppings were noted on floor under rack in food storage area.Requirement:-Clean and disinfect affected area using 10 ml of blech in one liter of water.-Pull all equipment from the wall, check and seal any cracks/holes providing hiding place for the pest.-If self-managing pests control using AHS pest control check list, then do thorough inspection, under and behind equipment. Otherwise contact pest control company and provide their inspection report to the health inspector.
