      • QUATs sanitizer concentration was measured below 200 ppm concentration. The sanitizer bag was near empty at the time of the inspection and new shipment was coming in. **Ensure QUATs sanitizer is maintained at a concentration of 200 ppm.In the meantime, staff must manually sanitize using bleach water sanitizer. Test strips available at facility.
