Tried the spicy chicken bowl at Barburrito and honestly, it hit the spot . The chicken was well seasoned with just the right level of spice not too overpowering but enough to give a nice kick. Fresh toppings, good portion size, and everything tasted pretty balanced. The rice and veggies were fresh, and the sauces added a nice flavor boost.Great option if you’re looking for something quick and healthy , filling, and flavorful. Would definitely go back and try more from the menu .

We tried this restaurant for the first time tonight, and it was delicious. The staff was very helpful in providing suggestions for toppings and sauces for our burritos. The extreme fries and chips were yummy too! Thank you!

We stopped into the Burrito Bar in Northills Mall (Kamloops) and were really impressed. We ordered a beef burrito and a black bean burrito bowl, and both meals were delicious — but the real show-stopper was the fries and corn chips combo they add to the bowls. The fries were perfectly crunchy on the outside and soft in the middle, and the corn chips had just the right amount of salt. Such a fun twist and honestly something I’d totally order again. All the toppings tasted fresh: crisp veggies, flavourful protein, and lots of great sauce options. We tried the Lima Crème and the Bar Sauce, and both were fantastic. Service was great — they build your meal right in front of you, everything moved fast, and the staff member helping us was genuinely friendly and engaged. Portions are huge; we only made it through half our food. The restaurant was clean, with easy washroom access, and it was very quiet on a Wednesday evening, which made the whole visit really relaxed. Overall, an awesome experience and we’ll absolutely be back!

Best restaurant for Mexican food in Kamloops. They are open late. Went there around 11.45 and the staff was more than happy to serve. They have best service. At day times they are really busy so will have to wait a bit, but it is 100% worth the wait. A must try place.

I've been here a couple of times, the food is fresh, tastes great, lots of options and well put together. Everyone likes a good burrito 😋 Special mention for Shebab, one of the late night workers, who helped me with a troubling unexpected situation on the Easter holiday as this was my choice of holiday dinner. Shebab went the extra mile for me! You definitely get your money's worth and I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a great value meal 😎

Update Dec 2024: tried it a second time after receiving a credit after a bad first time visit. Had the bang bang shrimp burrito with pineapple salsa and lots of veggies and beans—was very good. So my rating has gone from a one star to a 4 star. The young woman who made my burrito was really sweet and friendly. First time trying. Received no hello or smile or eye contact when I walked in. Couldn’t figure out where to pickup my online order—signage?? A girl who was mopping the floor went and got my bag from behind the register. Crispy fish burrito was anything but crispy and although it was “fully loaded” with pretty much everything they offer—rice, beans, veggies, cheese, sauces….my burrito was pretty flat and not much fish (see photo). Cheese and sauces were non existent and the guacamole I paid extra for was miniscule. Taste wise it was fine…not great, needed salt and spice and it would have been great to taste the sauces. Also….some advice: a smile, a hello, a thank you or a goodbye makes a big impact on your customers! Just sayin!

BarBurrito is one of my favorite places for burritos and bowls! The food is always fresh, flavorful, and very satisfying. The portions are generous, and you can customize everything just the way you like it. It’s also very affordable, especially for families, which makes it a great spot for a casual meal. Highly recommend if you’re craving tasty Mexican-style food without spending too much!
