- F1.7 Are foods protected from contamination?
- Observation(s): F1.7A, B and C In the bakery food prep area, light covers were observed coated with dust and the breads in the rolling racks stored underneath the dusty light covers (2x)are subject to falling dust ( being blown by the air supply diffusers mounted on the ceiling) soiled oven mitts need to be stored in a sanitary manner and washed when required- please designate an area to hang clean mitts and use a container/hamper labeled "mitts for washing" to ensure un-clean mitts are not used for handling trays and/or baked food

- Observation(s): Staff (men's) lavatory was observed having an empty paper towel dispenser ( CDI)- dispenser was refilled at time of Inspection.
- F2.7B Handwashing station must be supplied with liquid soap in a dispenser.
- F2.7D Handwashing stations must be maintained, adequate in number and location, to ensure convenient access to all employees.
