      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Kitchen handwashing station does not have liquid hand soap and single use paper towels
      • Corrective Action(s): Operator re-stocked liquid hand soap and single use paper towels at the time of inspection. Handwashing station must be accessible and supplied with hot/cold water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels at all times to facilitate proper handwashing.

      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Tongs, sauce spreader, stove bowl holder, and scissors stored in warm water bath
      • Corrective Action(s): Operator removed all utensils and placed them in the dishwasher. Operator replaced container with new ice water bath. Utensils with food scoops should be kept in an ice water bath or in dry conditions to prevent growth of pathogens. Ice water bath should be exchanged every 2 hours or as needed.

      • Observation: Food debris and grease build up observed around gas range, on the side of fryer, under the fryer, under the prep cooler in front of walk in cooler

      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. Wiping rags were in 0 ppm chlorine
      • 2. Found vegetable slicer to have food stuck to the blade while put away.
      • 3. Beer towers are only rinsed with hot water.
      • Corrective Action(s): 1. Must change sanitizer at least every 4 hours if not sooner, must be 100 to 200 ppm chlorine. 1/2 tsp chlorine bleach to 1 litre water.
      • 2. Must ensure all food has been removed during washing/sanitizing before putting away.
      • 3. Ensure all equipment is washed and sanitized between uses, including beer towers.
