      • The following written procedures was not available in the facility: skin cleansing, antiseptic use procedure, accidental skin cuts, post service care, and dual-purpose sink procedures.- Ensure written procedures are available at the facility. AHS written procedures template will be emailed to operator.
    • 26. Are cosmetic products appropriate for their intended use and being handled properly?
      • The operator intended to provide chemical peel services using BioRePeelCl3, which contains trichloroacetic acid (TCA) as an active ingredient. Additionally, the product does not have a Drug Identification Number (DIN).- The operator must not use BioRePeelCl3 product containing TCA for cosmetic services.
