      • - There was a nail protruding from the wooden triangle, which staff have since fixed.*Ensure that all equipment and toys are safe to use and free from any hazards.

      • 1. Wicker baskets are currently in use. Staff will be replacing these baskets with plastic ones.2, The table and four wooden chairs need to be painted, as their surfaces are not smooth, absorbent, and difficult to clean.3. The corners of the wooden triangle need to be painted due to their absorbent nature.*Repaint or refinish the wood, ensuring that all surfaces are smooth, non-absorbent, and easy to clean.
