      • 1. 70% Isopropyl Alcohol presented for antiseptic use did not have a DIN or NPN.2. Chlorhexidine product presented for use on accidental cuts did not have a DIN or NPN.- Operator must obtain and use only approved antiseptic products displaying a valid DIN or NPN.
    • 17. Is reusable equipment cleaned properly (Critical)?
      • Facial steamer water reservoir contained calcification and debris buildup, indicating inadequate cleaning and maintenance.- Operator must thoroughly clean, descale, and maintain the steamer after each use and ensure the water tank remains free of buildup and debris.
    • 25. Are the equipment manufacturer's instructions for use of specific equipment available and followed?
      • Manufacturer instructions/manuals for the Hydrafacial unit and LED light therapy machine were not available onsite for reference and safe operation.- Operator must obtain and keep manufacturer instructions/manuals onsite for all equipment and ensure to follow the required operating and maintenance procedures.
