      • HLD logs were provided during the inspection.Detailed guidance was provided to maintain the logs.
    • 31. Are sinks accessible and used appropriately for the personal services provided?
      • It was observed that dedicated mobile sink was being used for reprocessing of semi-critical equipment (that may contact non-intact sink).Mobile sinks cannot be used for reprocessing of semi-critical equipment, operator can use options presented below.1) Use the laundry area sink present in the facility (If laundry sink is used make sure to either dedicate it for tool reprocessing or develop the written procedures of sink disinfection in between use.2)Connect the existing mobile sink to the permanent potable water system that is capable of producing hot and cold running water.Note: A sink available in the washroom is suitable for hand washing but cannot be used for reprocessing of semi-critical tools.
