      • One section of a lower kitchen wall was dirty / greasy.Floor of walk-in keg cooler had spills present.Ensure all surfaces are clean and sanitary.

      • Iodine test strips were expired. - Obtain new iodine test strips and use daily to verify the concentration of glass washer.
    • 20. Do food handlers at the facility have adequate food safety training?
      • Submit food safety certificate for an on-site manager/kitchen manager in charge of food safety. Certificate must meet the requirements of section 31 of AB Food Regulation.
