      • Food preparation area -counters are grimy/food laiden and floors disorganized
      • Corrective Action(s): Clean and disinfect the food container exteriors of the mold

      • Observation: - Minor amount of mouse droppings noted on floor in warehouse near where dried beans are stored.
      • Corrective Action(s): - Clean up droppings and sanitize area with bleach solution. Monitor area for any further activity and clean up droppings immediately if present.
      • - Continue to maintain contract with Pest Control Technician. Follow all recommendations of Pest Control Technician.
      • - Operator reported area has been re-organized and flour products are now stored higher to deter rodents. Product has been inspected by Operator and any damaged product/packaging will be discarded. Additional traps have been set.
