Operator is advised to store all food and other materials on shelves at least 6 inches above floor so that floor under shelves can be cleaned and monitored for insect/ pest infestation.

      • Unclean garbage bin provided by Mall Management is used again by the operator to collect compostable garbage in the facility. Operator is advised to use clean garbage bins lined with proper garbage bags to store garbage in the facility. Operator removed it at the time of inspection.
