These guys are phenomenal! Very professional, friendly, fast, and do very nice work. And a well organized and clean shop. They’ve been serving me for the last 3 years and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Very accommodating with short notice for taking in my game harvests, and fast to getting it nicely cut, wrapped and labelled. Incredible sausage recipes too! Particularly the blueberry maple breakfast sausages and the Italian sausages. But they have a very wide variety of recipes to choose from. My friends and family have also ordered lamb, and bison through them, and I’ve brought venison and other wild game harvests as well. Very pleased with the service and the quality!
