      • Observation(s): The Danby refrigerator nearest to the sink in the front area was observed to be 8 C to 10 C at the time of inspection. Temperature logs indicated that earlier in the day the unit was at 4 C. As discussed, please move potentially hazardous foods to another refrigerator until the unit is capable of maintaining 4 C or lower.
