      • Patron consuming beverage within whirlpool.Manager aware to enforce policy prohibiting food and beverage consumption in close proximity to pool and whirlpool.
    • 09. Is the pool premises maintained in a clean and sanitary condition, good repair and are temperatures being properly regulated?
      • Women's shower temperature measured at 54.4 C with probe thermometer. Men's shower temperature measured at 55.0 C with probe thermometer. Regulate shower temperature to ensure water temperature is greater than 35 C and less than 45 C at point of use for patron safety.
    • 09. Is the pool premises maintained in a clean and sanitary condition, good repair and are temperatures being properly regulated?
      • Drop of dried red substance noted on deck surface resembling blood. Clean and disinfect deck area with a low-level disinfectant to reduce of patron exposure to blood or bodily fluid or pool contamination.

      • The pool permit posted in the pool area is blocked by an umbrella overhanging a table. Remove the umbrella or re-locate the pool permit. The permit must be displayed in a conspicuous place that is easily seen by patrons.
    • 10. Are proper testing, monitoring, and other records being properly maintained?
      • The chemical comparator tube was discolored/darkened which could attribute to inaccurate chemical readings. Please clean and/or replace the chemical comparator tube.The alkalinity reagent CR-008 expires 08/23. Replace as needed.
