      • Milk steamer was visibly soiled. Please ensure milk steamer is cleaned between each use.

      • Employee's phone was on the counter where food handling occurs, and was used by employee during inspection. Please ensure cellphones are stored with other personal belongings in a separate area to food handling areas. Ensure hands are washed thoroughly after cellphone use.

      • Cups of fruit were stored in the freezer stacked on top of each other with no protective covering in between. Please ensure a covering is placed between layers of fruit cups so the bottoms don't contact the fruit, or only have one layer of fruit cups so no stacking occurs. Employee corrected during inspection so only one layer of fruit cups was present.

      • Chemical test strips were expired. Please ensure new test strips are purchased.
