      • Drain covers have been replaced in the hot tub, and the swimming pool, anti-entrapment plans have not been updated. - Update anti-entrapment plans to indicate the new drain covers and send to EPH for review.

Was told the manager knows where they are, however, the manager was on vacation. - Please keep a copy of all appropriate plans and procedures including the anti-entrapment plans, safety and supervisions, general sanitation plan, bacteriological incident response plans, and fecal/vomit incident response plans, in a location that is known to staff.
