      • The jet flow meter was broken; float was stuck in the bottom. - Repair or replace the flow meter so you are able to determine the flow for the entire system.

      • Drain covers have been replaced as of August 27th, 2023. The anti-entrapment plan was not available onsite. - Ensure the anti-entrapment plan has been updated to indicate the new drain covers and their specifications. Send a copy of the plan to EPH for review.

      • Grout is dirty and cracking in many spots in the whirlpool. Facility has plans to renovate in October.- Repair or replace the grout.
