We were on our way through the area so only stayed one night. This was a good location right off of the highway. The staff member at check in was very friendly and helpful with dinner recommendations. Our room was comfortable but a bit worn. Breakfast was standard fare for a BW property.

Hotel is located along Hwy 97 it was very easy to find. The room is clean and well equipped. The front desk is hospitable and is supportive. The big complaint is with the dinning area… after 8:00am the breakfast area is completed filled with guests and no table is available for the whole morning, resorting to taking the breakfast back to the room. Very inconvenience for most guests.

Rooms were clean, service was great. Pillows were not comfortable at all & stacking 2-3 still ended up flat, typical basic hotel pillows. Shower and sink are a bit weird as the spigots are close to the wall/sink edge so the water coverage is minimal. Location was great as it was further out so quieter but quick drive into downtown. Breakfast had eggs with some cheese, sausages, muffin, hashbrowns. Front service desk was polite, helpful, and friendly.

Our climate control was a bit loud for our tastes but overall the room itself was very nice! Clean, large, and refreshing to be in. We were here for one night and the smoke detector began to beep. Staff responded quickly to our room and changed out the batteries after confirming that there was no emergency. Big thank-you to Steve for doing this!! We will definitely stay here again.

What a gorgeous hotel. From the clean and comfy rooms to the delicious continental breakfast! Thank you, Sid for having the Comedy Misfits stay!

High price low quality and not super helpful staff. Rooms are very dated, very dark interior and poor lighting. Elevators and public spaces are not well cleaned. Overall, would suggest avoiding and can find better priced alternatives in Williams Lake. Update, with the high price you can also expect sinks that don’t drain and bathroom fans that don’t work. It’s the style and age of the hotel. One good positive, great water pressure in the shower.

I had a late-night stay at this hotel; I booked through the corporate website, was not aware of policy about not allowing children in specific rooms, this is posted on their personal website. I requested a king room and due to type of room my child was not allowed in there so the desk person assigned a different room. when we got to the room it smelled strongly of cigarettes and there was pubic hair in the tub and all over the floor. I called the desk and he was apologetic and assured me I would not be charged for that. He did not offer a room change or to have someone come clean the bathroom, we ended up sleeping with the window open and the kitchen fan on to try help with the odor. at check-out I received 30.00 off of my bill and 1000. points. The manager wanted to make it right, but this just did not equate to the level of discomfort the conditions created. edited to add Pool is not open until 930am

Pool was alright, front desk seemed over it as it’s hunting season and busy. Beds and pillows were great. Laundry just smelt clean like a bit of bleach and detergent, not over powering with scent which is super important to us! Discounts don’t stack, so if you are a senior or have a bcaa membership there’s no reason to become a best western member cuz you already get the 10% from either of those. Breakfast was hot and cold options for sure a decent spread.
