- The dishwasher in the main kitchen was only reaching a maximum dish temperature of 68.7 degrees Celsius.-Please repair the dishwasher so it maintains a minimum of 71 degrees Celsius dish temperature for sanitizing.-Until the dishwasher is repaired, dishes can be washed in the 3 compartment sink in the kitchen or in one of the serving kitchen dishwashers.
