- 12. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Non-Critical)?
- At the time of the inspection, the kitchen did not contain appropriate test strips to confirm that mixed sanitizer solutions were of an appropriate strength. A swimming pool multi-test strip was available, but does not measure up to the required 100-200 ppm chlorine. The Inspector provided the kitchen with some chlorine test strips while onsite. Additional test strips that are not past their expiration date must be made available. Ensure that the chosen test strips are for the kitchen's sanitizer solution type and are able to measure up to the approved concentration (i.e. chlorine test strips 0-200 ppm).
