- The handwashing sink was not working as the sensor battery had died.- The facility maintenance changed the batteries during the inspection.
- 17. Is reusable equipment cleaned properly (Critical)?
- It was observed that the hairbrushes were left at the counter with hair residue on it. The curling rods stored in a drawer had hair residue on them. - Ensure proper cleaning procedure is followed for cleaning re-usable equipment.

- 1_ A clippercide was not observed on site.- Ensure to have a clippercide.2) Spray bottle labelled Oxivir Tb with 2023 expiry date was present on site. Manager stated it may have been refilled with Oxivir Plus. Do not use expired disinfectant or refill bottle with different chemical. Ensure chemical bottles are properly labelled.
