- The drink cooler had an internal temperature of 11C. Milk beverages and pepperoni/cheese sticks were moved to the deep freeze. Milk2Go may be stored back in the cooler due to UHT pasteurization allowing storage at room temperature prior to opening. If pepperoni/cheese sticks are labelled as shelf stable, they may be stored in the cooler. Otherwise, do not move back into the cooler until cooler can maintain a temperature of 4C or below.

- The hand sink in the back was equipped with only 1 remaining piece of paper towel and had a dirty cloth draped over the sink that appeared to be used for drying hands. - ensure hand sink is fully equipped with paper towel and cloths are not being used to dry hands
