      • Corrective Action(s): 1. Ice scoop must be stored in a clean, sanitary manner. Top surface of ice machine is not regularly cleaned and sanitized. Area is too high to be able to monitor if it is always in a sanitary condition. Wash and sanitize scoop. Store ice scoop in a sanitary manner - a clean container is acceptable.
      • 2. Use containers that are durable, wahsable, non-absorbent, and constructed of food grade materials for direct food storage. Do not store flour and panko directly in garbage bins. Garbage bins are not intended for food storage.
