- - One lower three door cooler unit appears to have issue with closing one of the doors. No obstruction from inside seems to be preventing the door from being closed therefore might be an issue with the gasket.
- - Under counter cooler has blue plastic film on door front. This makes it difficult to clean. Blue plastic film will be more difficult to remove as time goes on.
- - Duct tape being used on toaster. Duct tape is not sanitary as it is not easily cleaned
- - Dump sink in bar area handle is difficult to close. Water remains running unless it is tightly closed

Water will turn cold then hot again.
- NOTE: Both hand sinks are operated with leg push valve and do not have regular hand controlled faucets as all other hand sinks do. This may be contributing to the inconsistent water temperature.
