   • 20. Is reusable equipment disinfected properly?
     • - The high-level disinfectant PREempt CS20 had "15 minutes" written on the bottle with a marker. Upon enquiry, it was noted that the disinfectant was being used with a contact time of only 15 minutes instead of required 20 minutes, as specified in the Manufacturer’s Instructions for Use. -Follow the manufacturer’s instructions for use, ensuring cleaned tools are fully submerged in the disinfectant for the required 20-minute contact time. - Replace the "15 minutes" label marked on the top of the bottle to "20 minutes."- Resoak all tools that were previously disinfected for only 15 minutes in the PREempt CS20 to achieve the full 20-minute contact time. - Corrected during inspection.
   • 29. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained to allow for the safe and sanitary provision of personal services (Non-Critical)?
     • - Hand rest at second manicure station from the facility entrance was torn and in disrepair exposing the porous foam pad. - Repair or replace hand rest with a non-porous, smooth and easy to clean surface.
