      • Metal pans for store directly underneath the soap dispenser. Visible soap was seen on the pans stored in this location. They were sent for dishwashing upon public health inspectors request.Ensure food and utensils are protected from contamination. Do not store pans underneath the soap dispenser.

    • 09. Are chemicals stored and handled in a safe manner?
      • Sanitizer was stored in buckets with food labels.Ensure chemicals are stored in a container labeled it its contents.
    • 10. Are food temperatures during storage and processing being controlled to maximize food safety?
      • Pastries/ danishes with cream cheese were being stored at room temperature. Ensure high risk foods (ie. with cream cheese) are stored at 4C or less, or 60C or higher.
    • 18. Are general nuisance conditions, other than those noted in other violations, being prevented at this food facility (Non-Critical)?
      • Paper towel at the hand sink is not protected from contamination.Store paper towel in a dispenser so it is protected from contamination from handling/ surface it is resting on.
    • 20. Do food handlers at the facility have adequate food safety training?
      • There is no proof of food safety training for someone in care and control of the facility.Please provide proof of someone who has food safety training.     • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • There is a toilet in the women's washroom that has an "out of order" sign posted on the door.Ensure the toilet is in good repair. Repair or replace any plumbing issues.
    • 23. Is the facility maintained in a clean and sanitary condition?
      • Chest freezer has build-up of ice/ frost on the insidePlease clean this chest freezer and remove frost/ ice buildup.
